LPG systems for cars are great at swing money, but do need some maintenance. The lpg breaks the ground connectors on the injectors so when you flick to gas it breaks that ground signal, I have the manual for the OMVL DREAM XXI injection which gives the wiring.In this video I show fixing an LPG vaporiser and talk about other common faults and fixes for car LPG injection systems. Starts on easy start until I let my finger offer trigger. Disable gas by pinnin the terminals and unplugged the gas ecu from power and crossed the 2 ecu wires it talks to, would not startħ. Took head off, valve seats crap due to running on gas, head rebuild ( seals, lapping etc) put it all back together at 20 degrees past tdc correct I assume (checked timing 3 times) would not startĦ. Plugged it in p0341 code bought 2 new cam sensors would not start day afterĥ. Tried key straight away it started again.Ĥ. Tried bump would not start, after 20 mins towing back to base it started ran poorly drove a mile then turned key off. New fuel pump would not start (fuel pump checked and works when you pin across the relay)ģ. Stood for twelve months battery dead, new battery would not startĢ.
