Kia has cleverly added a gloss-black panel here to make the windscreen appear wider than it really is. It looks like a funky sneaker viewed from the side, especially with the roll-over hoop-like design of the C-pillar. Some of it can be attributed to the roof rails and most to the 205mm ground clearance (15mm more than the Venue). You can easily tell the Sonet is 37mm taller than its Hyundai cousin. Kia Sonet Rivals: It rivals the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Renault Kiger, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Nissan Magnite, and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza.
