Here's what Borderlands 3 does better than Borderlands 2 and vice versa. However, Borderlands 3 missed the mark in a few areas when compared to the 2nd installment. While the game suffers from mild performance issues and some questionable decisions, the improvements it made to the series are greatly appreciated.
